REFUND
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return for a refund, please mail it back within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition (including all the packing materials). We will issue a refund on your purchase price, less shipping,/handling and insurance fee. Also, you will be charged 30% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
NO REFUND on the workshops and the healing sessions!
EXCHANGE
If you receive a defective item or wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for you.
Please send it back to us within 7 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel that our return policy is being abused or taken advantage of.
