If cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the event, it will be credited to your account and must be used within 1 year from the date of the purchase towards the same class at our Center. Substitutions are not guaranteed but could be arranged if possible.

Credit will not be honored if:

- cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event;

- no shows;

- leaving early for any reason
